Arrival and Check-In:
The registration desk at the camp opens at 3 p.m. on Friday, May 24th.
- Please do not arrive before 3 p.m. as we will be busy getting the camp ready!
- Parking: proceed to park in the specified on-site parking at Bethel Horizons
- Check-in:
- Once you are parked, walk down to the Prairie Center to check in and pick up your registration packet.
- If accommodations are needed, you may drop off folks at the Prairie Center. Please do not park here long-term.
Ale Site
Bethel is located one hour west of Madison, WI on US-18, about seven miles north of Dodgeville, WI on WI-23. The camp address is 4651 County Road ZZ, Dodgeville, Wisconsin, 53533. For information on Wisconsin road conditions, check http://www.511wi.gov/.

From Madison: Take Hwy 18/151 to Exit 47 to Dodgeville/Hwy 18. Turn right (north) onto Highway 23 and travel approximately 7 miles, passing Governor Dodge State Park on your right. Turn right (east) onto County Road ZZ and go 1.3 miles to the entrance of Bethel Horizons. Arrive at Bethel Horizons, 4651 County Road ZZ, Dodgeville, WI 53533.

Items to Bring
In addition to your kit, instruments, chargers, and personal items, it is recommended that all attendees should bring the following with them to the ale:
- Item for the silent auction – if so inclined
- If interested in leading a workshop, any materials needed
- Bring enough layers to be comfortable — be prepared for wet and cool weather!
- Your 2024 Ale T-shirt!
- Pillow
- Sleeping Bag (or bedding for a twin size bed) Bedding is al la carte for $12
- If camping: tent and other desired camping items
- Towel and Washcloth
- Flashlight or Headlamp
- Beer Mug, Coffee Mug, other reusable beverage cup
- Insect repellent (ticks included!)
- Sun Screen
- Water Bottle
